Messages sent through the contact form are encrypted in transit (TLS) and delivered to a private Matrix room we operate. No third-party email service, CRM, or analytics provider sits in that path.
- No IP logging: Your IP address is not stored and is not included in the messages we receive
- Transport encryption: The form is encrypted in transit, not end to end. For anything sensitive, start on Matrix instead
- A human reads it: No autoresponder, no CRM sequence, no profiling
